The Main Face of this Company, the C.E.O. and the Sales Director are both individuals of sound quality.
Both European, first-language English, they have demonstrated their abilities in identifying and purchasing the ‘right’ properties in the U.K. before moving on to Thailand. This they have both done individually, effectively ‘proving themselves’ long before the advent of 'Trinity Realtor’. Indeed, the C.E.O. initially formed this Company himself, only taking on whom is now his Sales Director, once sales had started to pick up.
The important point to be taken away from this is that this Company would not sell a property to a client unless it's Management were to believe that it was the correct property at a reasonable price, suiting the needs of the purchaser. The Company’s reputation is paramount and they don't need the the adverse publicity that might come with their not doing that.Their objective is to match an appropriate property to the purchaser, taking into account his reason for buying. In other words, neither ’Salesman’ at Trinity Realtor would consider selling anything that they would not buy themselves.
I have known both people for several years. In my particular case, I have purchased properties at different times from both of them in their previous roles - and then from Trinity Realtor itself. And each time I have been more than pleased with the help and advice I have received, from their recommending a good Solicitor to keeping in touch once the sale has gone through and answering any further questions I may still have. I keep their contact details and are in regular touch with both of them. It is my genuine belief that this Company is here to stay for a long time.
